In my text “Towards a New Class Society: Volunteering and Internship at Transmedia Festivals” was published at the beginning of October 2021 in the great volume Radical Realities (Radikale Wirklichkeiten) by transcript. Even though it is primarily about theatre festivals, there are a lot of important and exciting texts about festival work, and cultural work in the arts. I wish this book had existed when I was writing my doctoral thesis.
